  • Technology:One-sided printing. Outstanding UV printing technology, printed color is sharp and durable.
  • The back side is the reflection of the front side so if you see it’s written backward, it’s not defective, it’s the back side of the ornament.
  • Actual color may be slightly different from the image due to different monitor and light effects.
  • In order to protect the product, protective film has been pasted on both sides of the product, please remove the product after receiving it!

    Returns

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    We accept returns on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low-quality item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
